No, your Hubspot account is not included in any of our packages. The reason is that there are several hubs, each with several pricing levels. Moreover, additional contacts in your CRM also affect the price. We are happy to help you get the best possible price for the Hubspot solution you need.
That very much depends on you and your team. As soon as the agreement between both parties is in place, we want to start as soon as possible so you can start growing your business.
Depending on your chosen package, you can transfer a maximum number of hours to next month. Just let us know in writing, and we’ll make sure to overbook to the next month.
Firstly, because it comes with our guarantee that the amount of work you order will actually be planned AND executed within the agreed upon timeframe.

An SLA, or Service Level Agreement, is a written agreement between you and us in which we determine some ground rules, like how fast you can expect certain things from us, what minimum service you can expect from us and so on. Strictly we don’t really need one, but we believe in building trust and an SLA can help.
You are allowed to switch to a different pack during the time of our agreement. Again, we believe in adding value, not in ripping you off. If for some reason you need more or less hours, you can switch to a different package once during the 6 month commitment we ask.
Let’s face it: doing a marketing action just once never lead to any long term sustainable results. It generally takes several months before you actually start getting the ROI. When it happens though, it is very much worth the 12 month commitment. We know for sure: we’ve been there.
